Max Berry
The Fit Partnership was founded by Max during one of the most challenging times of his life. After suffering 15 concussions and being forced to retire from professional rugby, Max faced an isolating recovery with minimal support for symptoms like insomnia and concentration difficulties. Despite the existence of technologies such as cryotherapy, which could aid in recovery, he found little assistance available to athletes.
Initially, Max aimed to support professional athletes, but his vision expanded as he recognised a global issue: the world is ageing poorly. The impact of this is felt by families and society alike. The loss of his grandfather, whose early death could have been avoided with better health practices, underscored Max’s belief in maintaining exercise and nutrition throughout life.
Now, through The Fit Partnership, Max is committed to changing the way people age. He believes that preventative health is the key to living longer, with a better quality of life even in later years. Launched in Wimbledon in 2019, The Fit Partnership quickly transformed lives, and Max is now taking the concept further to create what he believes to be the best longevity and fitness offering in the UK.
