I offer short term packages of 7 sessions over 7 weeks where we can work on a specific goal or open ended therapy depending on the nature of work you are wanting to explore and work through together.

As a psychotherapist with a deep interest in longevity and the quality our of life, having spent 17 years in high-stress environments in investment banking, I understand firsthand the impact of chronic stress on our bodies and minds. I believe our daily experiences, particularly the constant pressure of today’s fast-paced world, significantly impact our health and lifespan. I aim to help you find ways to make incremental changes in habits and behaviors to bring about positive change in your life.
